Bad Day!

What a day it was today! All Dallas and I did was lay around and watch movies. He did go to the grocery for me and picked up a few things, but I didn't want to do anything. My legs and knees hurt so bad when we have cold rainy weather. Oh well, stop complaining at least I saw a good movie I had been wanting to see. . . . . . Nims Island . . . . . it was so good! I didn't even get up to pee! Hope tomorrow is a better one with a little more Sunshine!

Grandma Birthday

Today is a Beautiful sunny day in the 70s again, but we know it won't last long so enjoy it while you can. Today is my Grandma's birthday she passed away in 1992 at 100 years and seven month old. Today she would have been, 115 years old had she still been with us. Not that she's not with us all the time. She was a very special lady. Went my Grandma to everyone who knew her. She was famous for her home made Christmas cookies, and Chicken and homemade noodles. She always had a cake or pie made sitting on the counter for anyone who happen to drop by. You are dearly missed Grandma.

MY BIRTHDAY PARTY!

I had a very enjoyable night, Scotty you are the best grillmaster around! Dena had a very good dinner for me and the family with BBQ ribs, corn on the cob, buttered potatoes and to top it off with chocolate cake and ice cream. Yum Yum! Then everyone got into bowling on the Wii. What a blast watching the men compete. They all thought they were champs! So funny!

Hello everyone, What a Beautiful day it is today. Sunny and in the 70's What more could one ask for? We'll be going to Dena later for a cook out for my Birthday which is Monday. Dallas of course is working, he'll meet me out there around 7:00 PM . All the kids will be there I hope. I'll have to post later how everything went. Until then enjoy this wonderful day!

Winter Snow In March

WOW! I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it for myself. It's so pretty. Sure glad I don't have to go out in it to drive. I love to see it, but not fond of driving in it. Snow that is!
Jill just left to go back to VA. They were here for the weekend, She, Stuart, & Rose. The baby is still kicking and doing well. Dena, Jill, Jana, Jordan, Rose and I all went shopping in Cary Mall Saturday. It was a nice.
Then went to Mimi's for lunch, What a great place! It's in Cary Town Center behind Dillards old store on Walnut St. Biggest Muffins you'll ever find and delicious. We had a good time being together just us girls. The lady in JC Penneys said to Dena . . . . . "You all must be related you all look alike!" We all do favor one another, even little Rose although she is the only one of my grandchildren that has blue eyes, She gets it from her Daddy Stuart.
That was four generations and all girls. WHEN DAY LIGHT COMES I HOPE TO PUT SOME PICTURES OF THE SNOW ON HERE. Wish me luck. :-)
